I think I’m right in saying that of our league wins this season, we have only had more than 50% possession twice. When we have had 60% or more we have failed to win any game this season. This implies that we struggle to break teams down and are too passive when trying to do so. All the home defeats have followed the same pattern as this.
Those stats seem right to me and completely tally with my view of the season. We are a counter-attacking team who need space in behind to get the best out of Neufville and Stevens.
